through the process of building a literal coffee table book of coffee tables i will be able to explore an interest in books compiled of photographs, self-reference and sculpture. my image series will be composed of photographs of multiple types of coffee tables in various states of use. i will then attach the images to the top of a coffee table, making a coffee table coffee table book in an attempt to recreate, or simulate the experience of looking at different coffee tables.
LOVE the cover! Interesting visually. BUT we have to address the statement. Even though the statement will not appear in the book, I would like you to articulate in an academic formulation, your ideas about this project. What you have is very discripitive in a visual way, but I need you to describe your actions in a conceptual way. YOu are super smart so this will be a cinch.
ReplyDeleteYour new images are blurry. The previous ones are better shot. Hunker down. Do not loose momentum.
YOu neeed to shoot alot. I fell like these images are too close up. The former images are more sucessful because they "look" like a coffee table in terms of its distance and scale.
